I have to cancel my participation in the EcoTrail Paris. Can I get a refund or sell my bib?

In the event of cancellation, it is possible to obtain a 100% refund under the following two conditions:

1. To have subscribed to the cancellation guarantee at the time of registration.

2. And the request must be made by e-mail, accompanied by medical proof or proof issued by the competent authority attesting to the occurrence of one of the events giving entitlement to reimbursement (see regulations).

In the unique case of an event that has reached its maximum number of registrants, any person registered for one of these events may request, without justification, that their bib be put up for sale by contacting the organisation by e-mail (contact@ecotrailparis.com).

The bib will then be offered to the first person on the waiting list.

If the bib is resold to a person on the waiting list, the person who sold the bib will be reimbursed 85% of the initial registration fee (less administration costs and options already used).

Any resale or donation outside the waiting list and the event's official registration platform is strictly forbidden.
